The short version
The Billmira bill check runs entirely in your web browser. The answers you type and the letters you create are not sent to us or to anyone else, and we don't store them. When you close the page, they're gone.
Information we don't collect
We do not collect your answers to the bill check, your income, your health or insurance information, or the contents of any letter you create.
Information we do collect
- Email address, only if you give it to us by joining the early-access list. We use it only to tell you about Billmira launches and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. It is stored by our form provider, Formspree.
- Basic, anonymous site statistics (for example, page views and the country a visit comes from) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], for security and reliability.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above, to run the site, or when required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access or delete your email address by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Depending on where you live (for example California, Washington, or other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
Billmira is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If we ever begin collecting health information (for example, for a future bill-upload feature), we will ask for your clear consent first and update this policy before doing so.
